Role Overview As a Senior User Researcher, you will lead holistic UX design activities across a wide range of projects for our clients worldwide.

Your role will involve understanding user needs, conducting in-depth research, and transforming insights into strategic design concepts.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams through the entire UX process and act as a key interface with clients, ensuring their objectives are achieved.

This position is ideal for someone ready to take on a leadership role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your Responsibilities Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to prepare technical proposals, present them to clients, and foster strong business relationships; Plan and conduct the holistic UX Design Process, defining research steps, objectives, and overall methodologies; Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover user needs, conducting interviews, surveys, ethnographic research, user recruitment and user testing.

; Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights to guide and inspire design teams; Help to integrate research insights into all design phases, from ideation and concept development, collaborating with cross-functional teams; Share-out of final findings to clients, acting as a key point of contact for all UX topics and activities.

Your Expertise & Background Strong background in User Research, with demonstrated experience in roles involving user-centered design principles and methodologies; Proven experience leading teams and working directly with clients in international contexts; Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (e. g. , Tableau, Qualtrics, SPSS, Power BI) is a strong plus; Ability to present complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way; Proficiency in English is mandatory.
