Job ResponsibilitiesYour key tasks include:

Work with the directors and product owners from other Danfoss divisions with Digital potential to shape their business model and customer value creation, go-to-market strategy, and financial model (business case) Use entrepreneurial experience to spot/capitalize on opportunities Support the development and scaling of new Digital Services division, by -depending on case - coaching and developing the incubator team and stepping into interim senior management and even co-founder roles Background & SkillsYour main responsabilities are:

Build and shape new Digital Services through the Danfoss incubator engine that develops the investment pipeline and start-up investments systematically.

Be the co-founder of an incubator which drives digitalization on the climate solution technology and sustainability To be successful in this role you should have:

5 to 10 years experience with strategy development, business planning and future visioning, as well as business building (e. g. , as own founder) Design or product development expertise or VC / incubator experience with hands on kickstarting and scaling digital businesses Experience with start-up methodologies (e. g. , Lean start-up)and familiar with corporate structure Experience in a high-pressure, start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams A bachelors degree (business, psychology, economics, strategy or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred) A masters degree (postgraduate, MBA or equivalent study) Fluent in English Challenges Deal on one hand with a large, technically experienced and strong process oriented corporation.

On the other hand with highly dynamic start-ups at different maturity stages Make sure technical ideas are checked on business feasibility and funnel them towards an MVP and scale-up Be the thought partner as well as challenger for new businesses with the ability to manage performance in an assertive and bold way Be comfortable to act in an agile and quickly changing, uncertain environment.
