On behalf of an important Luxury Company, we are looking for a:

Senior Visual Merchandiser (Accessories and Jewelry)

With a direct report to the VM & Operation Director, the Senior Visual Merchandiser will globally develop and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and will ensure the consistency of the visual identity of the brand in the distribution network.

**Responsibilities**:

Define and implement the creative visual merchandising strategy;

Be responsible for VM planning at a global level;

Be responsible for the implementation & follow-up of the VM guidelines in the markets, to guarantee constant coordination and monitoring of the VM activities and maintenance to achieve the excellence of the in-store VM;

Guarantee his/her presence and action on the field Importante Azienda new openings and store VM maintenance;

Developand distribute the VM guidelines to the markets and guide the implementations through the designed tools, platforms, reports, and local agencies;

Act as a point of contact between the HQ and the markets to ensure the Brand VM identity is properly expressed;

Train markets and external VM agencies for the proper implementation of the VM guidelines;

Support the markets in the production and implementation of local animations;

Collaborate in synergy with store planning for store and mall openings;

Support the VM Project Manager Team in providing feedback on the feasibility, timing, and cost of VM projects, identification of the best suppliers, and proposing alternative solutions, to guarantee the proper production of VM materials optimizing cost & time;

Provide feedback to the VM Project Manager Team in leading the replenishment of the VM materials, monitoring stocks and logistics operations

**Requirements**:

+7 years previous experience (ideally in from a luxury retail company);

Availability to travel on a regular basis;

Fluent in English;

Microsoft Office use (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
