Sentior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
Due to continual growth, MTM Engineering has an opportunity for an ambitious self-motivated Senior or intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team and lead one of our large projects in Milan, Italy.

MTM Engineering was established in 1997 and is an Electrical Engineering company that specialises in MV & LV electrical cable installation, termination services, and containment solutions for a wide range of construction projects.
Our expertise spans across industries such as Data Centres and Pharmaceutical throughout Europe and beyond.
- **Responsibilities **_
- Commercial responsibility of a major project liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Measure from plans to produce detailed BOQ, labour hours and material costs.
- Liaise with our site teams to track work efficiencies, S/E and reporting.
- Provide project costing, margin and cashflow reports.
- Manage project scope variations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client to support operations and maintain positive relations on behalf of the Company.
- Assist with the review of all tender documentation including drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits when required to determine tender requirements.
- Assist with identifying areas for improvement, expansion, company strategy and procedures.

- Related qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- 3-5+ Years' experience depending on position.
- Electrical services background preferable.
- Good commercial awareness.
- A proven track record in customer relationship development.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milano, Lombardia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
