**Posizione**:

We are looking for a **versatile** and enthusiastic **SEO Consultant** interested to join a fast-growing unit of one of the Europe's top MarTech companies, with a portfolio of top Italian and international clients.

She/He will be responsible for the design and the implementation of projects in SEO environment for companies in different industries.

**General tasks

- Produce detailed and strong-analytical tech and editorial SEO audit

- Produce detailed SEO reports with a focus on: traffic analysis, organic performance, optimization proposals

- Analyze business requirements and match them with data in order to propose the most performing SEO project's solutions

- Optimize texts, semantical tags and metadata to better match users' queries and increase website's ranking

- Monitor site health and directly fix technical issues

- Follow pre-launch and launch of new websites from a SEO-compliancy point of view, supporting DEVs and creating efficient migration and redirect plans

- Manage projects, building strong relationships with clients and planning workflows to deliver all major SEO activities according to plans, with continuous improvements

- Min.

3 years of SEO experience

- Working knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

- Experience in technical SEO for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites

- Experience with most common analytics tools and search tools

- Experience in local SEO strategies

- Experience in developing content and link building strategies

- Experience in directly managing complex projects and relationships with top clients

- Good speaking of English language

- Strong organizational and analytical skills
