B2B SEO Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B SEO Specialist to join our SEO team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both off-page (link buying, outreach) and on-page SEO for our clients, implementing SEO best practices for our clients' websites, monitoring results, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure they understand the value of SEO and the progress of their campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute tailored Linkbuilding and On-page SEO strategies for a diverse range of B2B clients, including keyword research, off-page (link buying, outreach), technical SEO, and on-page optimization. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and ensure alignment with SEO strategies and tactics. Implement on-page optimization techniques such as meta tag optimization, content optimization, and internal linking to improve clients' search engine rankings. Conduct off-page optimization activities: link building strategy creation, outreach, and link buying to improve clients' online presence and authority. Monitor, track, and analyze SEO performance, using industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant software. Regularly communicate with clients, providing clear and concise updates on their SEO campaigns, including progress reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for future optimizations. Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, ensuring that our clients' SEO strategies are up-to-date and effective. Collaborate with webmasters, linkbuilding agencies, and internal team members. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Proven experience in implementing effective link building strategies. Proven experience in SEO, B2B experience is a plus. Knowledge of the latest link building techniques and ability to identify high-quality link opportunities that comply with Google's guidelines. Ability to perform backlink analysis and clean-up for websites, as needed. Deep understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, and core SEO principles. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical clients. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data. A team player who is open to collaboration and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
