**Who you are**:

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our SEO team and grow the organic performance of Neulabs project, focused on ecommerce and industries (health, food, pet, travel, real estate, job, etc ).

- Good knowledge of SEO practice and methodology, including on-page, technical, architectural and design competencies, content and writing knowledge

- Experience with SEO in different fields and domains

- Proactive approach and able to propose new ideas and solutions

- Organizational and communication skills

- English and Italian fluent

- Passion for SEO and digital marketing

- Data-driven and analytical mindset with attention to detail

**What you will do**:

- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve organic performance

- Technical Site audit and data analysis

- User query analysis to optimize content, user experience and conversion

- Content Strategy

- Website architecture

- Traffic and conversion analysis (Google Analytics)

- Analysis, benchmarking e identification of new opportunities with both internal and external tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, others )

- Strategy and manage of the off-site SEO activities (digital PR and link building)

- SEO ongoing
