Posizione Within our Omnichannel Acquisition team based in Rome , we are seeking a forward-thinking SEO Specialist to drive organic search growth strategies for our Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories divisions. Responsabilità del lavoro Reporting to the Omnichannel Acquisition Senior Manager , the selected candidate will lead the front-end development efforts within the Salesforce PWA Kit, ensuring alignment with website performance and SEO best practices. The position requires an individual who can effectively foster collaboration among cross-functional teams working in an agile environment. Profilo Main Responsibilities: Translate business objectives into effective SEO strategies for each product line to boost organic search visibility and drive traffic. Technical SEO: coordinate front-end development on Salesforce PWA Kit with a focus on performance and SEO. Implement advanced SEO strategies: dynamic metadata, hreflang, canonical tags, and SPA/PWA content handling. Troubleshooting capabilities to identify issues and proactively propose solutions Optimize rendering (SSR/SSG) to improve indexing and Core Web Vitals. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and target relevant search queries. Monitor key metrics (traffic, impressions, revenue, rankings), identify trends, and recommend actions to drive organic growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with UX, content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives. Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: At least 5 years of experience in SEO projects, preferably in an international working environment Experience in front-end development with React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and headless APIs Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing repositories, pipelines, and deployments Strong knowledge of technical SEO for SPA/PWA and performance optimization (lazy loading, caching, CDN) Understanding of paid media channels General knowledge of ADA principles Personal Competencies: Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, and similar SEO platforms Mastery in delivering SEO-driven digital strategies to achieve business goals Strong understanding of technical SEO (i. e. search engine algorithms, theoretical elements of indexation, crawling, etc), and website optimization Data-driven: ability to leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions Understanding of HTML code Effective communicator, skilled in collaboration and influencing others to achieve shared goals Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment J-18808-Ljbffr
