Instal is a **Madtech company** offering **branding** and **performance solutions**.

Our main goal is to **make content available for everyone**, defining a new way to conceive advertising where people are the leading actors of the entire process: the right message for the right people, at the right moment.

Today we provide two main solutions for digital marketers.

The **performance-based solutions** support mobile marketers across all stages of their app lifecycle, from targeting to re-engagement, turning each install into a loyal and engaged client.

The **branding solutions** are developed to set **hyper-targeted** and **geo-located campaigns** to improve engagement and maximize the effectiveness of the message.

**Who are we looking for?

- We're looking for a Junior SEO Specialist to help us reach our organic goals!_

- Responsibilities mainly consist in supporting SEO and digital marketing teams by:_

- _ Support the development of the OnSite strategy by continuously improving the SEO performance of the Website, identifying quick wins and new opportunities that could increase the Website visibility across the main search engines on the key Countries_

- _ Grow and expand your knowledge of SEO through daily practice and theorical training_

- _ Be in touch with the other departments to carry on the day-to-day workflow and be aware about new business decisions that may require actions on the Website_

- _ Over time, work in a multi-channel marketing mix, be constantly updated about interventions and requests made by other channels and find the best SEO opportunities_

- _ Managing back-offices and internal tools and analyze possible new development that may be helpful to improve the SEO workflows_

- _ Working alongside the Content team to define and implement the Content Strategy_

- _ Staying up to date with latest SEO trends being able to find the best practices and search engine guidelines that may improve the Website rankings_

- Education:_

- University degree and Master in Digital (preferred)_

- Experience:_

- Previous working experience in SEO and digital marketing is considered a plus. _

- Required Skills:_

- _ Passion in the SEO world_

- _ Knowledge of how the main Search Engines work_

- _ Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio_

- _ Excellent ability to identify and recognize the main digital marketing KPIs_

- _ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other development languages is considered a plus_

- _ Knowledge of the main OnSite and OffSite SEO ranking factors_

- _ Excellent writing and speaking skills in Italian and English_

- _ Knowledge of tools like semrush, majestic, screaming frog, seo zoom. . . _

- _ Autonomous creation of keyword research and creation of editorial plans_

- _ Experience of optimization OnSite related to metadata, url, heading, rich snippet, external links_

- _ Experience related to the creation of link building campaigns and scouting of portals for the creation of guest posts_

- _ Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems_

- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skill_

- _ Ability to work within a team and independently_

**Location**:

We are based in Florence, Italy.

This role can be performed in a **hybrid form (office/remote).
