**MISSION

Integrated within Pelletteria Richemont Firenze (PRF) and functionally reporting to the Serapian CEO, the Leather Goods Industrial Director is responsible for all industrial activities (R&D management from research of materials to proto realization and deliveries, Quality management in materials, finished products and all Richemont compliances, Supply Chain management upstream before distribution, including CSR) for all Serapian leather goods products, LLG, SLG and Belts (including private labels and co-branding projects).

With the support of a dedicated team (part of it operating in Florence PRF main site, part of it operating in Galliate where PRF has a dislocated production Atelier) reporting to him/her, he/she defines and pilots the implementation of the industrial strategy for leather accessories, in consistency with the Serapian strategic orientations for the category.

This position is accountable for meeting industrial performance objectives (product deliveries on range/novelties, quality performance, product costs, financial performance, stock objectives, ) for Serapian LG products.

Located inside PRF, this position will benefit from Group's leather hub services on shared activities (logistics, laboratory, compliance and CSR, HR, Finance and IT) and will interact on a daily basis with central Serapian teams based in Milan.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES

**Defines and implements Serapian Leather goods industrial strategy and organization for operational activities, building up the most suitable value chain, guaranteeing quality of products and processes, in full respect of TTM and requested target margins

- In close collaboration with Serapian Design and Merchandising Teams in Milan, defines and implements efficient development and industrialization models, combining internal and external capacities/skills, ensuring novelties plan feasibility and meeting Time-to Market / product prices objectives.

Proposes and validates new partners for development (finished products and components).

Ensures the on time delivery of the samples needed for sales campaigns.

Coordinates and maximizes the capacity at Galliate Atelier during Product Development overall phase

- Defines sourcing strategy for Serapian products, ensuring reliability on deliveries (novelties/range), suitable quality, at the most competitive prices and agility:

- Selects network of partners for production, allowing flexibility for production plan and avoiding reciprocal dependency.

- Defines and pilots purchasing strategy for materials and components, ensuring competitiveness of materials costs.

Proposes and validates stock policy and parameters (including safety stock) on materials and components

- Defines and pilots production strategies for Serapian products:

- Provides flexibility and agility to adjust production and industrialization capacities (short, medium and long term), according to evolution of needs for novelties/range productions.

- Defines adapted production schemes, combining internal (cutting, small series production, ) and external capacities, ensuring short production lead-times and product cost efficiency.

- Defines and implements a quality management system, from development to production activities, to guarantee Serapian quality requirements on LG products.

Defines and implements quality tests accordingly, with the support of PRF laboratory.

This position is accountable for overall Serapian LG quality, meeting Serapian requirements, and derogates products with support of central Serapian teams when necessary.

- Defines and implements industrial organization (structure, resources, technical/expertise capabilities) to guarantee feasibility of Serapian LG novelty and production plan.

Guarantees an efficient coordination with PRF shared services and assures consistency of Serapian LG activities with PRF organization.

- Ensures adequation of team's skills according to Serapian product specificities with continuous development plan (in close collaboration with PRF teams).

Integrates new skills when necessary.

**Supports Serapian leather goods, co-branded projects and private labels business development**:

- Develops a service and client-focused culture for Serapian LG industrial teams.

- Works in close collaboration with Serapian Teams in Milan to support and build up the best strategy for all managed products/lines of products, adapting inter
