Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products
Our Service Management department is looking for a student who wants to make a stage experience.
Duties & responsibilities
- Managing credit and debit notes to/from customers
- Enter after sales orders (replacement, repair orders, etc. . . )
- Carry out regular communication and calls with customers regarding the status of credit/debit notes and after sales orders)
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Accounting, Sales, Logistic/Customer Service and Quality departments (daily interface)
- Support Service (Warranty) Engineers in handling efficiently customer claims
- Support warranty agreements comparison/alignment
**Qualifications
You're a student in Mechanical Engineering, interested in performing a stage experience within the after-sales area.
Good familiarity with the main IT tools is required (MS OFFICE)
It is also necessary to have a good knowledge of the English language
The internship lasts 6 months, full time.
