Job Description Our Service Management department is looking for a student who wants to make a stage experience.

Duties & Responsibilities: Managing credit and debit notes to/from customers Entering after sales orders (replacement, repair orders, etc. )

Ensuring a proper internal authorization process according to different authorization levels and archiving authorization documents/e-mails Carrying out regular communication and calls with customers regarding the status of credit/debit notes and after sales orders Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Accounting, Sales, Logistic/Customer Service, and Quality departments (daily interface) Supporting Service (Warranty) Engineers in handling customer claims efficiently Supporting warranty agreements comparison/alignment Qualifications You're a student in Mechanical Engineering, interested in performing a stage experience within the after-sales area.

Good familiarity with the main IT tools is required (MS OFFICE).

It is also necessary to have a good knowledge of the English language.

The internship lasts 6 months, full time.
