You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. There is no Typical Day in the life of a Service Analyst Intern, anyway you, under the supervision of the Operation PM and the Service Analyst, will carry out, among others, the following activities: Service ReportingCost Control ReportingService Network ReportingCustomer satisfaction ReportingCollaborate on main ProjectsThis position is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, develop critical skills, and make a significant impact on key aftersales operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
