Service Area Manager

We are looking for a Service Area Manager who will work to support and assist our dealers' network in the aftersales area.
**Posizione**:
- Create and maintain a good relationship with dealers understand their needs and identify new opportunities for growth in service supply
- Identify technical problems and perform analysis through remote activities both during the warranty period and later (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits)
- Contribute to dealer satisfaction by following the service work process according to customer expectations
- Proactively identify suggestions for product improvement in terms of technical quality and performance (including through surveys of end customers) and communicate them to the Service Manager
- Manage an assigned area of dealers, following the entire warranty process from approval or rejection to the verification of its execution and compliance with warranty procedures
- Carry out periodic visits to the dealer network, ensuring that an adequate and qualified structure is in place to service end customers' machines
- Encouraging dealers to participate in the Academy's advanced technical courses.
**Requisiti**:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrics/Electronics/Mechatronic
- Min 3-year experience in service
- You have higher technical education (analysis system and instruments) and have a few years of experience in a similar position
- You are willing to travel for frequent short or medium duration missions (mainly abroad) and have ability and skill to manage proactively the customer relationship and critical situation
- You are able to manage work with autonomy and to work in team
- Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and fluent English is required
- Previous experience in the service area of companies in the agricultural or industrial sector
- Proficiency in various service and test mythologies, relevant in-house and industrial standards related to Measurement Products Analytical and Service.
