Job Description Summary**: The Service Business Analyst act as liaison/partner with Area Service Managers, Site Leaders and Suppliers to meet commitments and manage contracts or services on demand ensuring costs efficiency.

Work closely with different stakeholders (Quality, EHS, Compliance, HR, Legal, Finance, Controllership) following the work plan together with quarterly objectives.

Solve issues through immediate actions or short-term planning.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for creating new models that support business decisions by working closely with financial reporting to establish initiatives and strategies to optimize costs

- Responsible for Subcontracting cost commitment and estimate

- Negotiate with main vendors, Consolidate Productivity plans and strategic procurement activities in order to ensure targets assigned; build estimations and work closely to the business to ensure cost savings

- Responsible for facilitating Suppliers selection and qualification (EHS & Quality) and ensure high quality level through vendor performance rating process

- Be able to activate benchmarking projects for parts/material in cooperation with HQ and produce vendor/commodity analysis

- Contribute to contract negotiation and terms & conditions with vendor in compliance with GE Policies

**Qualifications**:

- Economic Degree, and deep and valuable experience in the healthcare industry in similar roles as preferred experience

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficient in Power BI

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Ability to interact at several levels in the organization and to manage different stakeholders, both internal and external

- Collaborative mindset

- Problem solver, willing to find solutions proactively
