Responsibilities / Tasks The main focus of Service Development is:
Analyze the existing Service PortfolioDevelop a comprehensive Service Portfolio including benchmarking Best in Class competitors and peers. Grow the Service revenues and increase profitability. Enhance the success of our Customers so to facilitate our SuccessShare and promote the selected service products with Region & CountriesExpected results Complete the Service Portfolio in PEM to become the Best-in-Class and a benchmark for others. Increased profitability and turnover of service businessImproved customer satisfaction increasing Pavan service portfolio offer. Your Profile / Qualifications Your Skills University degree is recommended, technical or commercial area. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate / deal professionally with both internal and external customers. Good negotiation skills. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts, customers and contractsOrganized, has an analytical mind and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Creative and unafraid of challenges and changesIndependent, service-driven, and open-minded; works well in teams. Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Previous experience>5 years in Service Sales/ Support is a preference. Knowledge of SAP is highly recommended. Entrepreneurial and leadership competencies, as demonstrated by: Does not lose ground and does not abuse power, even in difficult situations.
