Be the line Manager for all the workshop EngineersAlign the external suppliers' schedules with the internal schedules to guarantee on-time deliveryDefine and implement lean continuous process improvement (the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be greatly valued)Oversee the preparation and updating of the Service Center proceduresOptimize production costsVisit our customers if neededOversee people safety as foreseen by applicable lawsGet in touch with other Service Centers, Sales Divisions, and the Alfa Laval HeadquartersDefine the short and long term of incoming jobsWhat you know You have:

A DegreeA good command of written and spoken EnglishPrevious work experience in the Manufacturing area or workshop
