The Service Operation Development Team at the Alfa Laval Monza site is looking for a Service Center Support (Internship)

ACTIVITIES

Responsibility for planning the service centre activities in order to:

- Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders

- Safeguard job priority, contractual obligations & customer expectations.

- Create an excellent customer experience

- Identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvements.

PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- You are a recent three-year graduate in Mechanical or Management Engineering or similar

- Preferably with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma

- Knowledge of Autocad 2D, Microsoft Office

- Good English (both written and oral)
