We're looking for a Service Manager to lead our operations in Milano (Assago). In this role, you will be responsible for directing all activities at the Milano depot. This includes achieving positive operational performance outcomes, and leading and coordinating the operations teams, primarily consisting of technicians (both field and yard-based).

What you'll do:

You will act as the local HSE representative, you will be responsible for fostering safety performance and accountability within your service centre, ensuring that facilities and work areas maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

- Leading and overseeing technicians, you will manage the preparation and repair of Aggreko equipment, striving for optimal team performance and capability through day-to-day leadership, coaching, and team development.

- You will ensure all plant tooling, lifting and measuring equipment is used within the field operation is maintained, calibrated and inspected according to the appropriate procedures.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience in leading and managing technician/engineering or technical teams within a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Italian and the ability to communicate effectively in English at a business level.

- Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols.
