Preparation and organization of service contracts. Coordinate, implement, and optimize service contracts. Lead multiple projects simultaneously. Act as the client's representative within our organization. Operate in our customer's best interest ensuring a healthy balance between price, technology, and quality of service. Provide the best services and build healthy, long-term business relationships with our customers. Coordinate and guarantee our equipment suppliers' services. Ensure smooth transition from project to service. Follow up and ensure compliance with Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety. Quality assurance. ProfileAs a Service Contract Manager within Vanderlande Italy, we are looking for a person with the following experience and skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial/logistics technical environment. Ability to work within an international work environment, especially within a project organization. Fluency in English (C1), both verbal and written. Willingness to travel (30% of the time, mostly in Italy).
