Job Overview For our division located in Genova, we are looking for a Service Coordinator who will support and coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with Accelleron's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies. You will be a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and manage customer requirements and enquiries. Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics tasks. Support customer satisfaction management by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Review the scope of work and ensure all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes. Manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection, including all required reporting and documentation. Ensure all necessary data is registered in a timely manner in the system and ensure the transfer of Service findings to the product/system of the Local Business units to improve their offerings. Cooperate and coordinate activities with other units and teams to harmonize Service activities and maximize Service sales at every opportunity. Required Skills An educational background in Mechanical/Marine/Management Engineering is preferred. You need to have some experience in this position or in a related area. Very good knowledge of the English language and MS Office is also required. You should have a continuous improvement mindset, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent ability to work in a team and willingness to travel will complete your profile. Basic SAP knowledge and good verbal and written communication skills would be an advantage. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation sector, specifically in a service coordination role.
