Service Coordinator (80-100%)
Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a sustainable relationship with customers, manage customer requirements and customer inquiries as well as ensure continuous communication.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee all turbocharging service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics for the site.
- Support customer satisfaction management by ensuring that Accelleron fulfills its contractual obligations, and business requirements and ensures the required quality is delivered.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental issues are competently managed.
- Review the scope of the work and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.
- Manage the Turbocharging Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing, cash collection, and all required reporting and documentation.
- Ensure all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.
- Ensure the transfer of Service findings to the product/system of Local Businesses for improvement of their offerings.
- Cooperate and coordinate activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales at every opportunity.
Your background
- High School Degree or higher in Technical orientation.
- At least 1 year of experience in this position or in a related area.
- Familiar with the turbocharging product and engine technology (2 and 4 strokes engine).
- Knowledge of different operations (preparation and logistic) in service and spare parts, in particular with reference to the shipping business.
- Familiar with SAP, preferably if already able to process orders for spare parts and maintenance service.
- Very good knowledge of English and MS Office is also required.
- Continuous improvement mindset as well as problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel will complete your profile.
