**Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as Service Coordinator.
You'll analyze and manage project's risks, deadlines and time schedule as well as perform back office activities. You'll interface with customers and different stakeholders.
In this role, your contributions and leadership will be vital to provide high quality to our customers.
As incident manager, you are responsible for solving It infrastructure issues, for restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
English: B2 - medium level
Italian: fluent
Passion for IT Infrastructure projects
Flexibility

Strong organizational skills and customer focus
