For Marine Division in Italy we are looking for a Service Coordinator who will coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's standards, procedures, and policies.

Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a Service job.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage onsite/remote service on call activities from quotation to invoice and cash collection phases, passing through bid preparation, contract administration via SAP system (job opening, purchasing, invoicing), activity planning /coordination and logistic arrangement

- Review and communicate all onsite entry requirements for FSE's prior to site visit

- Ensure proper PPE is noted and available for the FSE's prior to their visit

- Arrange and coordinate training required to clear a FSE for a customer visit

- Lead and deliver responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

- Assesse gaps with service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and work with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified

- Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery

- Work with Operations Managers to maximize absorption and utilization rates of Field Service Engineers

- Review all service activities and trainings that are required for the job and ensure that the FSE has the appropriate skillset, safety education, travel documents, security clearance, and certifications to complete the request scope of work

- Proactively maintain and monitor competency and certification databa Works with Project managers to schedule project support where FSE's are utilized

- Work with Operations Manager to coordinate scheduled deliverables and/or plan services to meet agreement entitlements

- Drive cost of poor quality (COPQ) to zero with mínimal need to re-dispatch FSE's to complete the tasks assigned

- Track completion of service visits and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

- Build and maintain relationships either with internal or external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all of them

- Deal with global spread Customers

- Manage all required reporting and documentation, ensuring all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system

- Act as key contact for the Customer and an escalation point for issues that mayrise during the service execution

- Work in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools

- Travel on-site whenever needed during any service phase

**Your background**:

- Degree in Naval Engineering

- Good knowledge on automation and Electro-Technical topics

- Good knowledge on industrial and real-time processes with particular focus on power generation and distribution

- Confidence with all Pc tools and Microsoft package
