**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordination of service technicians and service partners

- Coordination of assignments with our customers

- Direct exchange with our remote service team and our developers

- Independent organization of the assignments

- Planning of the annual inspections

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Technical education in the field of E-technology

- Above-average team and communication skills,

- Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinking

- Confident handling of MS - Office programs

- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
