Job Overview The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to ensure proper field service activities.
He/she is also responsible for performing field service activities in accordance with customer and QRC requirements.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties A list of the main responsibilities and percentage of time spent in each responsibility or group of responsibilities: Field Service Engineers management (50%) Lead, direct and develop people to achieve established goals and ensure their growth as responsible leaders Plan and distribute the FSEs activities Develop and secure technical competencies and qualifications of the team in accordance with the QRC (training and certification program) Define FSEs objectives and priorities, fixing the appropriate KPIs Monitor and guarantee a high Customer Satisfaction level Field service activities (50%) Perform field service activities on customer sites such as maintenance, installation, FSCA, and site inspection Provide proper documentation to the customer after each activity Report complaints timely and support the follow-up Minimum Requirements Technical high school diploma or technical degree 3 years' experience in a similar role in technical field activities Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fluent in Italian and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Product technical knowledge Technical problem-solving attitude Planning competencies Customer-centric approach Analytical skills related to workload distribution People management skills Good organizational skills Team-oriented Supervision/Management of Others The position has direct reports as per the current organizational chart.

Main contacts, external: Customers, Sales Representatives, rarely Subcontractors.
