Partner with the best

The Service Delivery Coordinator will manage technical support, sales and service delivery for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals in the Sardinia region of Italy.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue and profit opportunities.

As Service Delivery Coordinator - Downstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing Chemical operations to provide support and guidance to our customers in Sardinia (Italy).

- You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection.

- Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding client's requirements

- A dedicated resource to drive these interactions, develop relationships and position ourselves well within the problem solving & value delivery arena.

- Confident to kick-start the customer interaction, technical discussion and opportunity discovery.

- Maintaining existing business contracts and customer relationships to help identify new business opportunities

- Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree or demonstrate relevant industry experience

- Demonstrate expertise in Chemical operations within the Oil & Gas industry

- Demonstrate business acumen and ability to ensure product & project delivery

- Demonstrate experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control and fouling control.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers

- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously

- Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results

- Demonstrate experience in Refinery process & petrochemical environment.
