As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and process conformity.

You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities.

You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the sales and operation teams to understand the activity volume and resource requirements.

- Assigning appropriate resources in line with the forecasted activity to ensure flawless execution.

- Managing & developing our processes and adherence to the Baker Hughes job cycle process.

- Managing the Pricing Agreement & Sales Orders process in line with Business Transformation and Job Centre requirements.

- Ensuring optimal inventory and asset fleet sizes for ongoing and upcoming operations.

- Assuring timely resolution of Service Delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction across the region.

- Interacting with members of the Sales, Materials, and other functional teams across the region to help deliver flawless execution.

- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.

**Fuel your passion**:

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience.

- Demonstrate significant and relevant experience in Drilling Operations.

- Have experience in position of supervision and/or coordination of Drilling Operations.

- Be details focused and process driven with the ability to create and streamline processes.

- Demonstrate the ability to successfully execute multiple complex operations simultaneously.

- Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
