You will ensure that organization maximizes their short

- and long-term revenue as well as the profit and cash collection.

You will ensuring flawless execution for the on-time delivery and contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

You will ensure the organization execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions

**As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiable, applicable processes, and cultural pillars

- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized

- Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in managing the job cycle across organizational boundaries

- Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements

- Being contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship

- Ensuring the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the client's objectives

- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have successfully completed Bachelor studies in Engineering or similar field or completed apprenticeship with relevant experience in a similar role

- Be a good problem solver who can handle tactical execution with a sense of urgency

- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working proactively in a exciting and fast-changing environment

- Be fluent in Italian and English

- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills

- Be able to positively engage with staff and customers at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams

- **The work location for this position is Val D'Agri area
