Position Details:We are seeking a Service Deliver manager to be part of a Strategic engagement through solid leadership and delivery management skills.

This Would be a position with high visibility to work with senior stakeholders to influence key decisions, opportunity to work with technology leaders and an enthusiastic global team (Infrastructure support, Application development and support team). Technical Experience: • Years of Experience: 10+ years• Domain experience: IT Infrastructure Services specializing in Digital workplace services• Expertise in the following in the infrastructure space:Run a large Support team of Service Desk EngineersService Management Process Practice – ITIL/ISO 20000Service Level Management Experience Level ManagementContinuous Service Improvement Planning ExecutionProgram Management and Delivery management experience in driving an application development and support program (multiple projects) will be an added advantage. Work with project team's leaders to assess their current need, align with their business needs, develop innovative solutions to ensure seamless project delivery output. • Strong leadership and management skills• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques• Project/Program planning, governance, monitoring and reporting• Risk Management• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures• Excellent communication skillsResponsibilities: • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle, Defining the program governance• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress, Manage engagement teams in support of the delivery of projects across our services in infrastructure and development projects. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development• Managing the program's budget, Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, Managing and utilizing resources across projects• Managing stakeholders' communication across level and leadership teams. Additional Requirement:Very strong communication skills, ability to lead and influence discussions towards desired outcomesTeam player with ability to collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teamsHands-on coding and code review ability ( as needed)
