Change your job, change your workplace, change your future. . . SERVICE DELIVERY SPECIALIST (RE02348) The Service Delivery Specialist ensures that the services offered by the company are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual agreements.

What you will be doing Responsibility Delivery Management : The Delivery Specialist, through accurate and proactive project planning, as well as coordinating logistical and technical resources - internal or third-party - ensures that the services provided meet customer expectations in terms of quality, time and performance.

Service Management : The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of the services offered by the company.

This includes monitoring and optimising service delivery processes, analysing performance and proposing improvement plans.

Customer Communication : Interacts directly with customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and ensure that services meet expectations.

Troubleshooting : When there are problems or disruptions in services, the Service Delivery Specialist works to resolve them quickly.

This can include collaborating with other internal teams or managing external vendors.

Performance Monitoring : The Service Delivery Specialist continuously monitors the performance of services, using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The goal is to ensure that services are reliable, efficient, and compliant with service level agreements (SLAs).

Contract Management : In some cases, the Service Delivery Specialist is involved in managing contracts with customers or suppliers.

All these activities must be carried out in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will ideally have Skills Organization and planning Problem solving Cooperation Communication Certifications Preferably must have achieved at least one of the following certifications (or are committed to achieving them with the support of the company): ITIL, Agile, Lean, Prince2, PMI.

Formation Diploma or bachelor's degree.
