What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Service Design & User Research and in particular in the Experience Design Team reporting directly to the Service Design & User Research Advisor;Who you are:

- You have at least 4 years of experience running and managing other through Service Design & User Research activities;- You have a degree in Service Design, IxD Design or similar;- You have very good project management skills and ability to manage several projects at once;- You are able to manage large groups of people with different background and seniority;- You are flexible and resilient under pressure, and proactively identifying new solutions/opportunity when something changes and does not stick to the original plan;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Experience in managing Excel data- Experience in managing Digital Analytics- Experience in behavioural analysis
