Your responsibilities:You support us in processing the service requests of our customers and partnersYou will work in a goal-oriented manner on ticket creation and problem solvingFor more complex service requests, you will work closely with our software development teamYou work your way into the business processes and the programming environment of our softwareYou will be involved in troubleshooting on both the client and server side, on-premise or in the Azure cloud
