What you'll do:

- You will join the team of NewPoS Technical Assistance and in particular in the business Retail reporting directly to the NewPoS Opening Technical Assistance Coordinator;

- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the process of opening a new store: the main activities include the request for an Internet line, VLAN verification, support to onsite technicians, the installation of servers and VLTs of the various suppliers, the "Simulazione Collaudo", the "Collaudo" with AAMS Inspector, enabling the store, downloading content, creating various reports.

- The collaboration with the other BUs and the sales force is fundamental.

The goal is to be able to enable the store and / or the various VLT platforms, without errors in the shortest possible time.

Who you are:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in service desk support;

- You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

- You have a good knowledge of networks, TCP / IP protocol, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint on all;

- You have a SPID identity;

- You are very proactive, precise, enthusiastic and determined;

- You have a relevant attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in gaming companies;

- Basic knowledge of MS DOS, TCP / IP V4 protocol.
