**Description of the function

To comply with the Belgian kilometer charging system all trucks of more than 3. 5 tons must have the On Board Unit (OBU) in Belgium; available via self-service machine at a Service-Point.

A Sigma Self-Service Machine is an automatic distribution point of OBUs, it is designed-manufactured-installed-and-maintained by Sigma Group.

Individual will be responsible for computer and network surveillance of Sigma self-service machines for raised HW or SW problems.

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ticketing System: create and assign Tickets to Field-Service-Engineer

- Dashboard: analyze issues

- Dashboard: Monitoring OBUs level

- Depending of distance assigning ticket to closer technician ensuring maintenance and contract SLA (Service Level Agreements)

- Remote-Control: give support and assistance to Field Engineer

- Remote-Control: independently solves problems related to HW errors

- Provide internal communication of important issue

- Interface and collaborate with other Teams on the field

**Job Requirements

- Wide IT know-how especially focused on Networking and O. S.

- Autonomous worker and problem-solving thinking

- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Italian are an asset)

- Flexibility in working hours

- Excellent communication skills and a true team player

- Stress resistance to work in a constantly changing environment
