Join our team and take responsibility for planning and execution of development projects to meet critical delivery timelinesWhat you will do:Prepare all ILS deliverables in line with both internal processes and industry standards, these may include the following;ILS plansLogistics Support Analysis (LSA)Reliability ModellingMaintainability AnalysisData Recording Analysis and Corrective Action (DRACAS)Spares ModellingManage ILS Work Packages and identify ILS risks (Work Package Management)Provide input to bids for the supportability element, ensuring ILS activities are considered and budgeted forSeek to continuously improve our products supportability, using in service data, lessons learned and industry best practiseRepresent the ILS department in customer meetings and interactionsLiaise with key stake holders including but not limited to, Service Delivery Managers (SDM's), Programme Manager (PM's), Technical Authors, Training Managers, Obsolescence Managers Engineering Delivery Managers (EDM's) and Field Service Engineers (FSE's)What we are looking for:Experience working as a Supportability or ILS Engineer with a good understanding of reliability and maintainability principlesA basic understanding of ILS and LSA tasksGood level of EnglishExperience working within Aereonautic sector will be appreciatedWhy would you take the big leap? - Because Scalian is a group in full development, on a human scale, which will be able to support you in the realization of your projects and your mobility wishes, - Because you will be able to enrich your human and professional experiences within our 3 areas of expertise: Digital Transformation, Digital Systems and Performance of Operations, - Because you will be able to discover thanks to L@b and its research projects (drone, VR, AR, simulation, etc.
