We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service KAM Manager to lead our strategic account management and drive customer satisfaction to new heights.
In this role your main accountabilities will be: Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related interactions with global key accountsProvide customers with a consolidated view of service performance and oversee initiatives to enhance satisfaction and service quality. Monitor and drive improvements in account service revenues and costs, focusing on monetization of the installed baseDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers at executive levelLead global customer service projects, such as campaigns and retrofits, coordinating with local teams and ABB contributorsOversee cross-functional initiatives to enhance service offerings and customer satisfactionConduct regular service meetings at executive level to align on strategy, performance, and improvement actions. Address escalations and negotiate customer requests, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and capabilitiesEngage with customers and internal teams globally, with up to 30% travel. To make the above work, we are looking for a senior professional who has a strong experience in E-mobility, B2B high-tech industries, or a similar strategic service environment.
Other essential requirements: Master's degree preferred, ideally in business administration, engineering, or a related fieldProven experience managing complex customer relationships at both executive and operational levelsDemonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with significant business impactStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership and project management expertise to drive cross-functional initiativesStrategic mindset and financial acumen to manage revenue growth and cost optimizationFluency in English and ItalianWhat's in it for you?
