Description

General information: We are looking for a Service Manager for BESS projects.

Responsibilities: Be responsible of the financial results of the service organization; Define and implement the service processes (in coordination with the OU quality manager and with the Service Operating unit); Be responsible of the performance of the portfolio of the service contracts; Responsible of the Collaborative Operation Center for monitoring and control of the BESS from remote; Be responsible of the technical assistance; Drive the growth of the business on the fleet covered by service contracts (by retrofits, upgrades); Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background: Previous experience as a field engineer nice to have; Financial knowledge nice to have; Good organizational and interpersonal skills; Availability to travel; Knowledge of English language.
