Eurochiller, part of the Atlas Copco Group, is now looking for a** service manager Industrial Cooling.
In this role, you will manage both Eurochiller and Atlas Copco brand.
- For Eurochiller customers, you will lead business development (parts, service, maintenance), operations and technical support.
The customers are served directly by Eurochiller service office, via distributors and/or via service partners.
Speaking Italian or willingness to learn fast is a must.
- For Atlas Copco customers, you will lead the technical support, including train the trainer and field quality follow-up.
You work closely with CTS teams for spare parts and Service Plan business development (utility room service).
In this role, you take part in shaping the future of the Industrial cooling business line within Atlas Copco group.
**Job description / Mission**:
- Achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing customer share and customer satisfaction and consolidated profitability.

Have a clear vision on the future goal to achieve and the strategy to follow, including short
- and long-term action plans.
- Overall responsibility for the Parts and Services business development through the implementation of the optimal marketing mix of product - price - promotion - place - people.
In practice, this optimal mix will be implemented through a yearly marketing plan and the 3-yearly planning process.
- Product: Continuously evaluate the mix of all products of Industrial Cooling best suited for the market.
Promote actively specific ranges of products through a yearly marketing plan.
- Price: Be continuously updated on market price levels with details about main competitors.
Price every product in line with the marketing plan and market potential against current market levels.
- Promotion: Integrate a mix of promotional actions (mailing, articles, advertisements, seminars, etc. )
in the yearly marketing plan.
- Place: Territory Management.
Define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of service technicians.
Update continuously the list of machine population in order to achieve 1:1 ratio.
- People: Be a coach and motivator for the service and _future_ sales team (to be organize).
Have the right people at the right place.
Empower and grow the people in line with our corporate values and guidelines in "The Way We Do Things".
- In close cooperation with the service managers in the region, responsibility for the financial results covers turnover, profit, functional costs and working capital.
- Support the General manager with the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and tools so that the required quality and safety standards are met in all aspects of the business.
Ensure that those processes, policies and work instructions are adhered to.
- As a leader you will raise the team spirit through interaction with your team and the other internal departments.
A continuous collaboration with engineering, sales team, production and finance will be crucial in this role to maximize the business development for the Division.

- Organize regular PQM's
- Cooperate with the equipment sales dpt.
to optimize the sales of equipment, parts and services for existing and new installations.
- Contribute highly to the development of systems, sales tools and training to achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
**Mission
The mission of the Aftermarket Manager Service & Parts Eurochiller:
- To grow the sales & customer share (climb the service ladder) and maximise profitability in the region in line with the divisional ambition and as specified in the 'Planning Process'.
- Through Territory Management, marketing tools, optimisation of the organisation, people management and training of employees and distributors in the domestic MKT and abroad Italy.
**Experience requirements
**Knowledge
- Keen interest and hands-on user experience with IT systems.
- Good command of Italian & English in both writing and speaking is a must.
**Educational requirements
University degree - Technically and/or commercially oriented - or similar through experience
