Position Summary

Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's SERVICE reputation and meet customers' expectations.

Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across different channels taking care of the Samsung Customer Service network in terms of retail marketing and communication.

Overseeing the management of the SERVICE marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through online and offline marketing channels, including Authorized Service Network.

Role and Responsibilities- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution;- Manage a variety of communication channels, content creation, event management and performance analysis;- Produce valuable and engaging content attracting and converts our target groups;- Design the layout and keep updated the Samsung Customer Service network to meet customers expectations;- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence in the Authorized Service Network;- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

- Proven experience in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers and prospects

- Proven experience in retail marketing

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and analyses.

- Ability to interact effectively with other divisions inside Samsung, HQ, EHQ, Customer Service Network and creative agencies

- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

- English fluency

- MS Suite mastery
