For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:Technical and Commercial Service ManagerA worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment. The position is part of the Serv Division, with the objective to push and support business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio. The main tasks will be:Coordination of field service team (internal/external)1st level technical support for FSR and for BCIT in generalCoordination of workshop resourcesPlanning of workshop loadEnsure project execution (Parts, FS, Repair) according to customer specifications, applicable industry norms, BC standards, policies and procedures, ISO9001 on time and within budget.
