For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:Service Operation CoordinatorA worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment. The position is part of the Service Division with the objective to push and support the business development and growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio. The main tasks will be:Coordination of field service team (internal/external)1st level technical support for FSR and for BCIT in generalCoordination of Workshop resourcesPlanning of workshop loadEnsure projects execution (Parts, FS, Repair) according to customer specifications, applicable industry norms, BC standards, policies and procedures, ISO9001 on time and within budget.
