As Service Specialist, your final goal will be to transform business needs into reliable services. To ensure this, you will be working in close relation with the Line of Business Owner of the business segment you are assigned to and other technical and programmatic Point of Contacts such as Head of Technology, Program Managers, and Lead Engineers.

In the role, you oversee the design and implementation of operations for the services you are assigned to. The ideal candidate has an outstanding capacity to see patterns and relationships where others may not and is capable of drawing services optimizing business deliveries. In addition, the ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mission/project management and a background in business administration.

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement strategies for providing services to customers in line with Line of Business needs. Manage and coordinate service development activities through requirements identification, operations design, budget and cost analysis, and trade-off, leading to successful implementation to assure service delivery. To ensure mission execution as per the company's launch manifest, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing the required infrastructures. Issue and maintain Services documentation to be used for commercial purposes and related Service Statement of Work / Service Level Agreement in close collaboration with Line of Business Owners, Sales, and the Fleet team. Contribute with strategic, tactical, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of the services, with the goal to optimize business outcomes. This includes responsibilities in the following knowledge areas to support:Sales & Operations Planning Process, for the definition and maintenance of integrated planning. Customer Acquisition Process. In line with Service Operations Manager directions, report to Line of Business Owner services evolution proposals based on direct delivery experience and mission lessons learned. As part of the Service Operation Management team, contribute to the definition of the service evolution roadmaps ensuring that the agreed evolution projects are kicked-off and delivered, identifying the KPIs to measure the benefits. Report overall services risk register, clearly identifying impacts on operations and business. Ensure the agreed mitigation actions are duly implemented. Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals, identifying new opportunities, and developing partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. Being part of a fast-growing team, additional duties may be assigned as needed in line with the job profile. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in Program Management and/or Services Management and/or Mission Management in a fast-paced environment. Programmatic experience in space business and/or in the development of operations for services delivery. Excellent lateral thinking skills. Excellent in translating business requirements into operational requirements. Excellent planning skills to effectively communicate, monitor & control integrated plans. Ability to propose, develop, and implement strategies for business growth and expansion. Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team and individually. Leadership, management, and team coordination skills. EDUCATIONAdvanced University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in Aerospace Engineering or Management Engineering. LANGUAGEFull professional proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
