Service Operations Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleService Operations InternJob DescriptionType of contract: 6-month extracurricular internshipLocation: Genova, ItalyJoin our Service Operations team, which focuses on improving service delivery by analyzing performance, supporting process improvements, and ensuring quality across operations.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work on key initiatives like performance monitoring, quality issue management, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Support monitoring and analysis of service performance data. Assist in creating dashboards and reports to highlight trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Assist with administrative tasks related to IT Service Management, change requests, and case tracking. Support the documentation of quality-related activities and regulatory compliance processes. Collaborate on initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service quality. Help document and implement new processes for better operational efficiency. Work with internal teams and interact with Philips global service stakeholders. Requirements:Education: Technical School (IT background preferred) or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus. Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
