Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- monitor team KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences;

- proposing to the Service Manager people development plans, stablish continued training processes with a view to continuous improvement, aimed at increasing knowledge, optimizing time and costs and improving productivity, in compliance with MT guidelines;

- promoting a customer-centric business approach, supported by NPS scores analysis;

- in cooperation with TTLs and Service Manager, defining the allocation of Service Operations personnel in the different groups, to harmonize productivity and efficiency;

- in cooperation with TTLs and HR, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training of Field Service Technicians and verifies that human resources have the skills, capabilities and technical means to meet evolving business needs.

It is also committed to motivate work teams and maintain a high level of engagement, suggesting and implementing development plans for FSTs;

- Cooperates close with the other areas of the service organization of MT-I, in particular with the Service BackOffice, Service Sales and Business Development

What You Need to Succeed

- Preferably Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering;

- At least 3 years of experience in Service Operations;

- Experience in dealing with customers in a B2B environment

- Previous experience in people management roles;

- Technical skills in data management;

- Ability to interact with different managerial styles and diversified teams;

- Experience in change management

- High result orientation;

- Excellent English knowledge
