Description

The Hitachi Energy **Service Optimization Coordinator **is a member of the Hitachi Energy IS Platform & Applications team, working with the ERP RUN Organization.

You will be accountable for managing workstream interdependencies work closer with the Service Optimization Lead.

**Responsibilities

- You improve internal processes, procedure and way to operate (e. g. , change management)

- You coach and support Stream Leads and monitor Team performances

- You coordinate cross stream activities and/or Project Managers (at least temporary)

- You monitor the product roadmap from the provider (SAP) and anticipate requirements for changes, updates, or upgrades based on new features released

- You participate in Supplier Performance Review and in Releases Planning meeting or CR prioritization and addressing topic to the streams

**Background

- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in of Engineering in Computer science (preferred) or related discipline

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience within Information Technology

- solution architecture experience across various IT areas

- Ability to generate new ideas, challenge status quo, take risks, support change and foster innovation.

Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders

- Ability to provide leadership to ensure effective solutions that drive business value are created and implemented, in an environment of virtual teams
