For our HQ based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a:

Service PMO

The PMO is responsible for the correct deployment and coordination of all the major projects and missions of the organization.

Ensure consumer satisfaction in line with Company objectives through the appropriate support to the markets in terms of efficient and effective operations management.

What you will do

- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

- Ensure that all projects are prioritized and aligned to short

- and long-term goals of the Company.

- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and providing financial reports and budget outlines to executives to guarantee that the right people have access to the right information to make the right decision.

- Oversee the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes and continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

- Guarantee a correct knowledge and best practice sharing based on the experience managed during project executions to support the correct standardization of the full set of operation process.

What you need to succeed

Must have Proved experience in inter functional and international projects management.

Nice to have Cost Leadership, Customer Quality, Innovation and Margin Realization.

Education Engineering Master Degree

Professional Experience 3-5 years experience in project management

Languages English language full proficiency

Soft skills Customer Interaction, Negotiation Skills, Business understanding and analytic skills, Problem Solving
