The Service Process Analyst is indirectly responsible, under the Operation Manager, for the correct deployment and coordination of all the major projects and missions of the organization.
What you will do
The Service Process Analyst is indirectly responsible, under the Operation Manager, for the correct deployment and coordination of all the major projects and missions of the organization.
Main activities:
- Be able to understand and analyze all interaction between CS IT infrastructure (CRM, ERP, BI, ecc.
)
- Designs and implements changes to processes that improve results and reduce cost and eliminate waste in coordination with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes / practices.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows and monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
- Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in the tier one KPI.
- Act like a key role for all CS IT systems with the support of the System & Process Manager;
- Collect and store all major processes and procedure within the service department with the aim to continuously improve the way to conduct the day-by-day business.
- Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
- Produce relevant reports, dashboard, and communication for all the activities
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in the analysis and optimization of Operations Processes (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Service ) at Consulting Firms or Leading Multinational Companies
- Very good Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce will be considered as a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Qlik will be considered as a plus.
- Proved experience in interfunctional and international projects management
- Business understanding and analytic skills
- Fluent in English
