We are now looking for a **Service Product Manager (Offering) **to j oin our Regional Offering EMEA team in **Tognana, Italy!

**As a Service Product Manager, you will report to the EMEA Service Offerings Manager and you will ensure the Commercial Development of the Service products family in the EMEA region and cooperate with Local organizations identifying market opportunities and defines Service portfolio price positioning

**Your main responsibilities as a **Service Product Manager (Offering) **will be**:

- Be the Project Leader for the New Regional Service Product Development Process from Concept to Launch;

- Cooperate with Regional Product Marketing teams and Service Sales in developing new Service products portfolio to address specific customer requirement;

- Coordinate technical / commercial information flow from Service sales teams to Service management to address specific market needs;

- Perform Market & Competition analysis to define and review Service products positioning;

- Define Service Pricing models, Positioning and Discounts policies;

- Define, create & update the Marketing materials & sales tools with particular focus on Product Launches;

- Provide fast & adequate support (including product training and customer facing activities) to the Sales Teams;

- Track & report the Service business by Country, by Market Segment and by Product Segment;

- Contribute to the New Global Service Product Development Process providing regional Voice of Customer;

- Cooperate with Global Service Offering team in defining new Service products opportunity.

**_In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have: _

- University Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical would be a plus);

- Fluent English (other languages are a plus);

- Previous experience within multinational companies is a plus;

- Team player attitude;

- Strong Product Management experience in an international environment (2+ yrs in Service Marketing would be a plus);

- Extensive Marketing background;

- Excellent analytical, fact based strategic planning and problem-solving skills;

- Customer-Oriented attitude;

- Ability to work in a complex organisation structure.
