Ewing Outdoor Supply is looking for a Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service at our fast-growing landscape supply location in Naples, FL! You must have the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and perform in a seasonal high heat situation. The ability to learn the POS (point of sale) system is a must, as well as the ability to identify products and extend a top-level customer experience. You will be provided all the training you need to be successful, so we are looking for a committed teammate with an interest in growth opportunities, who can hustle and be a great team fit.

ResponsibilitiesGo the extra mile to engage customersGreet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e. g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers' questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingCross-sell productsEnsure racks are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseCoordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products/servicesDeliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routesFollow routes and time scheduleLoad, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicleAsk for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaintsInform customers about new products and servicesFollow DOT regulations and safety standardsMinimum RequirementsPrior Outdoor Supply Industry ExperienceMust be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head. Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyBasic math skillsExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsValid driver's licenseExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood driving record with no traffic violationsBonus Points for the FollowingBilingual (Spanish & English)Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
